CPI Group adding 92 units to Paunov Breg resi complex in Belgrade

CPI Group is expanding Paunov Breg in Belgrade. The residential complex currently offers more than 200 apartments that went up in three phases. The fourth phase will include an additional 92 apartments, ranging from 29 sqm to 130 sqm, in a seven-story building. Trg will go up in the center of the Paunov Breg complex and will include large terraces. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. The scheme features a post office, supermarket, café, exchange office, pharmacy, laundry and shops.
