CTP Romania to deliver 400,000 sqm of logistics in Q1 2019

CTP Romania is developing approximately 400,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space, half of which is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2019. The new space is going up in 10 buildings in five parks across Romania. In the first quarter of 2018, CTP delivered ​​more than 130,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space. CTP has developed more than 800,000 sqm in 10 cities in Romania, including Arad, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Deva, Pitesti, Sibiu, Timisoara, Turda, Ineu and Salonta.
