DEMIRE to issue 34.5 million new shares

DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate is carrying out a capital raising exercise through the issuance of 34.5 million new shares in the company. They're to be offered to the company's existing shareholders at a price of €4.35 and a subscription ratio of 36:17 (meaning they can buy 17 shares for every 36 they own). The company's biggest shareholder, AEPF, which holds 49.58 percent has already agreed to acquire the full amount allowable, as well as any shares shares left over. As a result, DEMIRE is expect to generate gross proceeds of €150.1m through the capital increase.
