Dominvs Group is planning to build a high-end, 198-room hotel in Bath. The company just secured planning permission for the project. The scheme, to replace Bath College’s Allen building, will feature a cafe, bar and restaurant. The hotel is expected to boost the local economy by GBP 4.1m and added 100 new jobs to the labor force.

“We are delighted that this proposal has been deemed acceptable in both economic and heritage terms. The detail of the scheme has evolved following extensive consultation and stakeholder engagement, and we look forward to delivering a high-quality hotel in this exceptional location,” said Lee Saywack, development director at Dominvs Group.
