Eften Real Estate Fund buys RYO shopping center for €47m

Eften Real Estate Fund IV has purchased the RYO shopping center in Panevezys, northern Lithuania, from the Pontos Group for €47m. The deal is the close-ended Estonian real estate fund’s second biggest investment in its history, following the acquisition of the Domina center in Riga two years ago. Renovated in 2014, RYO offers 24,300 sqm of leasable space and parking for 950 vehicles. Tenants include Rimi, Jysk, H&M and Avitela.
