First Data leases 4,600 sqm at Equator IV in Warsaw

First Data Polska has leased 4,600 sqm at Equator IV in Warsaw. JLL advised the tenant during the lease process. Located on Jerozolimskie avenue in Warsaw’s Ochota district, Equator IV offers 20,000 sqm of office space and 700 sqm of ground-floor retail and services. The building, delivered in June, has underground parking on four levels for 226 vehicles and 78 bicycles. There is also shower cubicles with changing rooms for cyclists. Equator IV was pre-certified with a BREEAM Very Good certificate. Tenants include Colian, Inoffice Group, Linux Polska, Pramerica Life TUiR SA and Zdrofit. Karimpol Polska is the property owner.
