DIC Asset buys Berlin office project for €90m

DIC Asset AG has acquired a Berlin office project from Casada GmbH for €90m. Going up in the city’s Halensee sub-district, close to Kurfurstendamm, the scheme will offer approximately 16,000 sqm of leasable space on eight floors once completed in early 2021. “This new construction project will optimally complement our proprietary portfolio in regard to the economically significant location of Berlin and the quality of the property itself. It will sustainably bolster the operating performance indicators and our portfolio mix,” said Sonja Warntges, CEO of DIC Asset.
