Serbia’s NIS to invest €345m in business expansion in 2019

Serbian oil and gas company NIS is planning to invest €345m into business expansion efforts next year. The money will be used for research, gas and oil production and the construction of a deep conversion complex at the company’s Pancevo oil refinery. Construction is scheduled to break ground in the third quarter, with project costs estimated at around €339m. NIS is also planning to modernize its warehouse and retail network in the region and develop new products. In 2020, the company will start developing of a wind farm in Plandiste
