Futureal Group hands over first phase of Advance Tower in Budapest

The final group of tenants have moved into the first phase of Advance Tower, Futureal Group’s newest office building in Budapest. Located along the Váci út office corridor, the project currently offers 12,000 sqm of leasable space. The second phase, offering an additional 8,000 sqm, is scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2019. Once complete, the office building will offer more than 20,000 sqm. To finance the development of the 8-story category A office building, Futureal Group secured a €34m loan from K&H Bank.
