Dubrovnik has highest real estate prices in SEE region

Dubrovnik along Croatia’s Adriatic coast has the highest real estate prices in Southeastern Europe, according to local news reports. The average price per sqm is €3,370. Ljubljana comes in second with an average sqm price of €3,000. The Croatian cities of Rovinj and Split tie for third with an average sqm price of €2,500, while the price per sqm in Zagreb is approximately €1,800. The average sqm price in Skoplje ranges between €1,100 and €1,500.
