
Modesta Real Estate looks back on an exciting year in the industrial & logistics asset class

Vienna/Bratislava - 2018 was another strong year for Modesta Real Estate. A total of 761,000 m² of industrial and logistics space as well as development sites with a transaction volume of 180 million Euros was finalized.
The transactions were processed in Austria, Slovakia, Spain and the Czech Republic and involved 140,200 m² of logistics space, 46,800 m² of industrial and production space and 574,000 m² of land.
"2018 was a dynamic year for us in the industrial and logistics sector," explains Sebastian Scheufele, SIOR, managing partner of Modesta Real Estate. "We were able to conclude transactions in four different countries. The new year is continuing without a break, we already have three international projects worth almost 65 million Euros in the pipeline.”
