Forbes ranks Zagreb among top emerging real estate markets in Europe

Zagreb has been named among the top emerging real estate market in Europe for 2019 by Forbes magazine. The Croatian capital was ranked among six other cities in Portugal, Austria, the Netherlands and Bulgaria. The Zagreb real estate market has the potential to see explosive growth in the coming years, according to Forbes, which points to the opening of the country’s first digital real estate company and a 20-percent increase on condo prices as promising indicators.
