TSC Real Estate Germany broke through the €1bn mark for assets under management during 2018. The company finished the year with 85 properties in its portfolio with a total of 345,000 sqm. TSC branched off from its traditional focus on health care facilities to increase its exposure to classic commercial real estate. In 2019, the company plans to expand its portfolio significantly and to grow its institutional investor client base. “We have a very strong market penetration in this sector, with expertise built up over the years matched by very few others in the current market,” said Berthold Becker, the managing director of TSC Real Estate Germany. “We will use this core competence to identify and implement additional investment opportunities in complementary use types for our current and new investors.”
