Golub Gethouse is planning to build a mixed-used scheme at the corner of Żelazna and Grzybowska streets in Warsaw’s Wola district. Liberty Tower will include a Radisson Red hotel, which will be the first hotel under this brand in the city and the second in Poland. The hotel will include 267 guest rooms as well as a 820 sqm conference center. There will also be fitness and meeting zones, a restaurant and a lobby bar. The opening of the hotel is scheduled for the third quarter of 2023.
