Trigema is planning an architecturally ambitious new residential project on Invalidovna Street in Prague – 8 Karlin that will feature sculptures from the Czech artist David Černý. Hospodářské noviny writes that work is scheduled to get underway in spring 2020 and will offer residents in the 144 units sufficient underground parking, a fitness center and a variety of services. Trigema's chairman says the building's design is supposed to represent a lying figure that's been cared for by the sculptures. The concept is a sort of visual pun on the name of the street it's located on, Invalidovna.
