Yumco to open plant in Bosnia

Yumco will open an office in Bosnia where it also plans to develop a textile production plant. The company will move part of its main operations from Serbia, where it is headquartered, to the new plant. Yumco is expected to face little competition in Bosnia. Its new factory will produce police uniforms among other things. Based in southern Serbia in the city of Vranje, Yumco employs more than 1,700 people. It is the largest textile producer in the country.
