Apartment sales start at Pozytywny Mokotów project in Warsaw

Yareal has begun selling flats at its Pozytywny Mokotów project located near Postępu and Konstruktorska streets in Warsaw. The investment will comprise 600 apartments in seven buildings which are to be built in three stages. The first stage will include 125 apartments in two buildings. The flats will range in size from 30 sqm to 120 sqm and will be equipped with an intelligent home management system from Fibaro. The design includes a include private gardens, common green areas, squares as well as playgrounds. Completion of the first stage is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.
