Warburg HIH acquires office property in Vienna

Warburg HIH Invest Real Estate has secured the “HBF” 1 office building in Vienna in a club deal mandate. The building has a total rental space of 4,200 sqm, of which 3,000 sqm will be used as an office. The property was sold by the project development company Rhomberg Bau to Warburg HIH, which was advised by DORDA Rechtsanwalte. Irene Weidmann, head of real estate at Rhomberg Bau, said the biggest tenant in the building was the tax consultancy and auditing firm Grant Thornton, which occupies 1,520 sqm. The price of the property has not been disclosed.
