Ioana Roman will be part of the business leaders mix to speak at CEDER Conference on 29th of May, at Radisson Blu Hotel, in Bucharest.

Ioana’s expertise includes structuring of complex transactions from acquisitions to exits, development and financing of real estate projects, leasing, corporate and M&A, arbitration and general litigation, commercial contracts. Her background includes also advising on PPP, concession and infrastructure projects, as well as on various real estate matters related to the acquisition of NPLs and the development of renewable projects.
