Ceskomoravská Nemovitostní has completed its biggest acquisition yet by buying the Crystal building in Prague 2 – Vinohrady. The price being reported by Hospodářksé noviny is €50m. The 60-meter highrise, designed by Atelier 15, is located near the Želivského metro station and offers roughly 13,000 sqm of office space. CMB bought the building from the Lebanese investor CHF, which bought it for €40m from its developer, GES Real. "We were targeting buildings worth hundreds of millions of crowns in 2018," said CMN's chairman Radek Stacha. "This year we'd like to focus on prime buildings and top office buildings in Prague."
