CTP secured €82m from BRD-Groupe Société Générale and Komerční banka in one of the biggest real estate finance transactions on the local market in the first half of 2019. BRD Groupe Société Générale S.A. and Komerční banka, the Czech subsidiary of Société Générale, granted the credit facility to help CTP with its development plans of CTPark Bucharest West.
“We are proud to sustain the development plans of our client, especially so as Romania develops at a very fast pace and thus requires modern and reliable infrastructures and in particular logistic hubs,” said Yves Lallemand, deputy CEO of BRD.
