Prices average €1,600 per sqm for old units and between €4,500 and €5,000 for new ones in the city’s Dedinje and Senjak residential neighborhoods. Prices in the Serbian capital are higher than those in Sarajevo, Skopje and Zagreb according to Radio Television of Serbia.
