Groupama Zhivotozastrahovane, part of Groupama Group, has acquired Express Life Bulgaria from OTP Bank’s local unit, Expressbank. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months after it gains regulatory approval, OTP said in a statement. Societe Generale Expressbank was renamed Expressbank earlier this year after DSK Bank, a unit of OTP, finalized its acquisition of the lender.
