Mid Bau expanding City Mall Pula

The shopping center City Mall in Pula, along the Croatian coast is to be extended 9,400 sqm. The investor, Mid Bau real estate, is investing €18m in the project which will enable the mall to bring in another 16 tenants. The company had to purchase 22,500 sqm land next to the existing mall to make the extension possible. Construction started in mid-June, with completion due by the end of the year. Among the new tenants is a McDonald’s restaurant, but additional international brands are expected to take space in the mall as well.
