CG Ski is planning to build a five-star hotel and tourist complex in Zabljak, northern Montenegro. The Mediteran complex will be developed 1,456 meters above sea level within the Durmitor National Park in an area that until recently had been used as a military resort. After signing a long-term lease contract with government to use the premises, the CG Ski has agreed to invest €5.5m into the property. Chedi will operate the 100-bed hotel. Construction is set to break ground before the end of the year.
