The Czech development group UDI Group is planning to make its Hungarian debut with a €150m, 80,000 sqm office project in Budapest. The announcement follows the developer's acquisition of a 2 ha plot of land near the Arpad metro station. Construction on the project, which will be named Süllö, is due to begin in two years, with completion expected two years after that. UDI Group is also active in Poland and Serbia. In the Czech Republic, the developer is best known for its residential projects, of which it has completed more than 100, but it also built the Luka shopping center and OC Lužiny.
