Merkator-S is selling its Roda Mega Market in New Belgrade. The company is accepting non-binding offers through Sept. 2 for the sales-and-leaseback transaction. The 21,615 sqm property sits on a 39,898 sqm parcel on Djordja Stanojevica street. The sale is part of the company’s debt-reduction strategy, which it implemented in 2014. Merkator-S has reduced its debt by almost €200m by operating and monetizing real estate, the company said in a statement.
