An anonymous investor is planning to build a new industrial park in Stara Pazova near Belgrade. Construction is set to begin at the end of 2019 by what's believed to be pan-European developer. Stara Pazova, which has been creating conditions conducive to just this type of investment, has four industrial zones covering roughly 1,500 ha. This includes the passage of a new spatial plan for the municipality that allows for wide-scale construction of large sheds and infrastructure.
