The transaction volume on the Romanian real estate market is on track to exceed €1bn by the end of this year, according to a new report published by CBRE. The consultancy points out that investments made during the first half of 2019 amounted to €340m, and the trend is likely to continue. “We expect the signing of some large transactions in the second part of the year, which are now in the final negotiation stage,” CBRE wrote in its report.
