Sport Vision opens first retail park in Montenegro

Sport Vision opened its first retail park in Montenegro. The 7,000 sqm EXTRA property is located in Podgorica’s Zabjelo area on an 11,000 sqm land parcel. The tenant mix includes international and local brands like Jumbo, which is owned by Balfin Group, as well as Nike, US Polo, Fashion & Friends and Beosport. The investment is valued at around €8m. Sport Vision said it is planning to open additional retail parks along the coast and in northern Montenegro.
