The residential developer JRD has secured a valid construction permit for infrastructure work that will serve the first of two phases of construction of its project Touškovský háj. Located in the town Touškov near Pilsen, the project will offer 75 plots of up to 1,050 sqm that clients can build on themselves or choose homes offered by the company Vexta. The preparation of the entire complex, which will have 94 plots as well as a sports ground is expected by the end of 2020. The project's general contractor is BP Stavby. The site offers good connections to the town of Pilsen and marks JRD's first non-Prague project. The first phase is two-thirds pre-sold. Single-level as well as as homes with 5 bedrooms are being offered up to the passive level of energy efficiency, depending on the requirements of individual customers.
