Durmitor Hotel and Villas laid the cornerstone for its new hotel on Zabljak Mountain in northern Montenegro. Valued at €20m, the property will include a five-star hotel, a spa and wellness center, conference halls and 12 villas. The hotel will be run by a staff of 80 to 120 people. “We promised that we would develop the whole Montenegro and that not only facilities on the coast and in the central region would be presented as an elite tourist destination. Thanks to the Durmitor Hotel, Zabljak will represent Montenegro as one of the best tourist and investment destinations,” said Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic at the cornerstone laying ceremony.
