Cream has been named exclusive leasing agent of three shopping centers owned by Catalyst Capital in Poland. The properties include Pasaż Świętokrzyski in Kielce as well as Galeria Świdnicka and Family Point in Wrocław. Catalyst Capital’s Polish portfolio includes Pasaż Świętokrzyski (Kielce), CH Zielony Targówek (Warsaw), Galeria Świdnicka (Świdnica), Family Point (Wrocław), Nobilis Business House (Wrocław), M1A (Warsaw) and Harmony Office Centre II (Warsaw).
