Warsaw’s retail and service market turns towards catering industry

The Warsaw retail and service market, which enjoys an increasingly diverse offer, is turning towards the catering industry as well as entertainment and other services, instead of commerce, according to local news reports. Undeniably, popular shopping malls attract with a rich retail and service offer. However, as Poland’s shopping center market matures, tastes and expectations of customers have also changed. Today, the popularity of downtown areas and high streets is growing again, as they provide an increasingly attractive and diverse offer. This includes not only the main pedestrian zones and high streets but also modern commercial complexes emerging in the business zones, with space for various purposes and interestingly developed recreational areas around the buildings.
