Karuzela Holding, Mitiska REIM developing mall in Ełk

Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM laid the foundation stone for a new shopping center in Ełk, northeastern Poland. The Karuzela shopping center will offer 30 stores, including a Bi1 hypermarket as well as Pepco, Sinsay, Cropp, House, CCC, KiK and Media Expert. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2020. The investment is valued at PLN 100m and is the first project Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM have worked on together in Poland.
