NEPI raised €150m on the Bucharest Stock Exchange after selling more than 19 million shares. The news comes shortly after the South African investment fund acquired Aurora Shopping Mall in Buzau and Alba Iulia Strip Mall for €10m. The company made an ABB offer in October, placing 13.64 million new shares on the market, which increased its capital by €150m. NEPI representatives said money raised from the share issue will go toward financing future investments.
