Gheorghe Iaciu buys 0.56% of Impact Developer & Contractor shares in Romania

Gheorghe Iaciu, the largest shareholder of Impact Developer & Contractor (58.85%), bought 1.5 million shares (0.56%) from the company, a transaction that amounted to approximately 2.08 million Romanian lei. With the purchased package, it increased its stake to 59.4%. The second largest shareholder of Impact Developer & Contractor is Adrian Andrici, with a stake of almost 16% of the total shares.
