Hines acquires logistics park in Wroclaw

Hines has acquired a logistics park in Wroclaw from GLL Real Estate Partners. The US investor acquired the property on behalf of its Hines Pan-European Core Fund. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The logistic park was developed in 2015 by Panattoni Europe and offers 123,500 sqm. The property is fully leased. Hines was advised by Greenberg Traurig, EY and CMT during the acquisition process, while CBRE, Dentons, PwC and Sentient advised the seller.
