InPost has 11 thousand parcel lockers in Poland are planning another 100 a week

The number of InPost parcel machines in Poland has increased to 11,000, the company said. InPost plans to build 100 new parcel lockers a week.

That is why we are not slowing down and implementing our network development plan - planning to build 100 new machines a week in 2021. It is worth emphasizing that key players in the FMCG and e-commerce market see the future in parcel lockers and sign new contracts with us. This shows that our strategy, which we have been implementing for over 11 years, works and still has great potential. As a pioneer and leader of this market, we want to develop also in Europe - we operate in Great Britain, to which This year alone, from 1 to 2 thousand new machines will be delivered. We can see that more countries are looking for such solutions, especially after the experiences related to the coronavirus pandemic "- said CEO Rafal Brzoska.

Recently, InPost - responding to the market demand - launched InDoor parcel lockers, designed specifically for installation inside buildings. Thanks to InDoor, property owners provide their residents and tenants with the most advantageous and popular pick-up option. At the same time, they attract local residents to a given location - which allows shops and service outlets to generate additional profits, it was also recalled.

InPost is the largest logistics operator in Poland, in which American investment funds Advent International and KKR have invested. The company offers courier services and deliveries via the nationwide InPost parcel locker network for individual and institutional customers, including comprehensive services dedicated to the e-commerce industry. The number of InPost parcel lockers exceeded 10,770 devices at the end of 2020. In January 2021, InPost debuted on the Euronext Amsterdam exchange.
