Militari Residence developers are developing five building near Liberty Center, Bucharest

The developers of Militari Residence - Constantin Căpățână and Iulian Robu, are building five 11-storey apartment buildings near the Liberty Center mall in Bucharest, on a plot of land bought from Telekom for EUR 6.76 million. Previous to demolition last year the land held buildings that included offices, warehouses, garages and other annexes on an area of 24,402 sqm. In addition to the Militari Residence project, which began in 2008 and now has 90 blocks of flats with 11,000 apartments, the two investors also built 300 apartments in the Carol City Park complex in Bucharest.
