Panattoni Europe has bought 8.2 hectare site in the Annopol neighbourhood of Warsaw to develop its newest project City Logistics Warsaw IV. The investment will consist of two halls totalling 40,000 sqm. The facility’s location, next to the S8 route, will ensure efficient domestic and international transport. Moreover, there will also be a tram terminal in the direct vicinity of the building as well as the Brodno station on the second line of the Warsaw Metro which currently approaching completion.

“Bringing our new investment to Annopol comes with several benefits. Firstly, it is an excellent base for tenants, thanks to the direct connection with Białystok and Poznań, and further on Germany. Secondly, the facility will be very well connected with the rest of the city, which will guarantee labour accessibility. The tram connections and the Brodno metro station nearby will make it easy to get here from nearly anywhere in the capital city”, quoted Marek Dobrzycki of Panattoni Europe. He then adds: “It is also worth remembering that Annopol is a historic industrial neighbourhood of Warsaw, and our facility will not interfere with residential development”.
