PDD purchases land in Środa Śląska for 800 apartments

Polskie Domy Drewniane (PDD) purchased land in Środa Śląska at Gen. W. Sikorskiego St. with a total area of ​​157 thousand. sqm. The housing estate will be built consisting of approx. 27 four-storey buildings consisting of approx. 800 apartments. The assembly of the first buildings in Środa Śląska using the prefabricated wooden skeleton technology is planned for the first half of 2022.

Together with the city authorities, PDD will contribute to the creation of a new district, where both residents of Środa Śląska and people from Wrocław, looking for a friendly and ecological place to live, with good access to the capital of Lower Silesia, will find flats.
