Primark has a lease agreement to open a store in Silesia City Center in 2023

Primark has signed a lease agreement to open a store in the Silesia City Center shopping mall owned by ECE Polska, the company said. The store in the new location is to be launched in 2023.

"We are pleased to announce the next location of the Primark store in Poland, as part of the company's further development in Central and Eastern Europe. The development of the Silesia City Center shopping mall gave us the opportunity to locate the store in the very center of Katowice" - said the area manager in Primark, Poland and the Czech Republic, Maciej Podwojski, quoted in the release.

The new Primark store will occupy over 3,600 sqm. of retail space and will offer collections in line with the latest trends in women's, men's and children's fashion, including footwear, accessories, as well as underwear, cosmetics and home furnishings. The store's offer will include products made of organic materials and those derived from sustainable sources and recycling.

"The appearance of this world-famous retailer will strengthen the current brand offer in our center, so we are looking forward to offering the amazing Primark fashion to the inhabitants of Katowice" - added the regional director of the center management department at ECE Marketplaces for Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, Monika Pyszkowska.

Primark currently has a store in Galeria Młociny in Warsaw, and an upcoming opening of a second store in the Posnania Shopping Center in Poznań, which will take place later this year.
