Resolution Property purchases two Budapest offices from Adventum Zrt

Resolution Property has purchased two category A office buildings – Buda Square and Margit Palace – from Adventum TRIUM Real Estate Fund. Both buildings operate at full occupancy and are BREEAM certified. Buda Square located in the III district and Margit Palace in the II district are the first properties belonging to Resolution Property in Hungary. Adventum was represented in the transaction by Eston International, Savills and Hümpfner Law Firm, whereas Resolution was represented by Kinstellar, Cushman & Wakefield, KPMG and Gleeds.
