The Na Petřinách 7 Apartment House Receives Award at the 22nd Annual Best of Realty Ceremony

The Na Petřinách 7 residential project, realized by All New Development, was the winner in the category of small-scale apartment projects at the 22th annual prestigious Best of Realty awards. The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency was exclusively retained to mediate the sale of units in this premium residential project.

The low-energy Na Petřinách 7 boutique apartment house with a minimalist façade is sensitively set amongst the surrounding buildings in the sought-after area between Břevnov and Petřiny; the residential project received final approval in March 2020. Jurors praised the developer’s generous approach to the selection of materials, focus on details, well-thought-out common areas, and landscaped garden.
