Poland: How much for a studio from a property developer

In Wrocław, we offer one-room flats of 28 sqm in the Atal City Square IV investment at a price of over PLN 385,000. In Katowice, a one-room flat with an area of 38 sqm in the Atal Sky+ II investment can be bought for about 459 thousand zlotys, and in the Francuska Park estate, such a flat with an area of 30 sqm costs more than 319 thousand zlotys.

Due to their unflagging popularity, we design studio flats in all our investments. The prices of such flats vary depending on the location, standard of the estate or additional amenities. The cheapest flats of this type in the Aleje Praskie development in Warsaw, with a floor area of 32 sq.m., cost from PLN 16.8 thousand per sq.m. In the case of Krakow, this will be the Aleje Praskie development, with a floor area of 32 sq.m.
In the case of Kraków, it will be the Centralna Park estate, where a 38-square-metre one-room flat costs PLN 12.4 thousand per sq.m. In the Południe Vita development in Gdańsk, a 33-square-metre flat can be purchased for PLN 10 400 per square metre.

In Kraków, we offer ready-made investment flats with 23 per cent VAT as part of the Lokum Sala development located in Zabłocie, close to academic, business, shopping and tourist centres. The smallest compact apartments there are available from PLN 399,000.
