ROBYG has launched another stage of the My Ursus estate in Warsaw
The ROBYG Group has launched another stage of the My Ursus estate in Warsaw. The offer includes over 430 apartments, with a large share of spacious 2 (from 32 sqm) and 3 (from 47 sqm) rooms in interesting layouts, with terraces and gardens. The estate has a varied, cascade development, and the apartments are located inside the complex - away from the noise of the streets. The apartments have attractive prices thanks to the promotion with discounts, and the entire estate has a number of additional amenities - incl. playground for children and relaxation areas for adults, solar benches and charging stations for electric cars. There are also flats that qualify for the government's subsidy program.
Ultimately, the investments carried out by ROBYG in Ursus (Nowy Ursus station and Moje Ursus) will include over 3,000 premises with infrastructure facilities - this is a full-size and functional urban layout. Currently, ROBYG is building over 900 apartments in Ursus, which will be completed in 2002 and 2023.
My Ursus Housing Estate is part of the concept of 15-minute cities, which means living in a location that is close to everywhere. This trend is also gaining popularity for ecological reasons, which promote walking or cycling. The estate will be equipped with photovoltaic panels supplying energy to the common areas, LED lighting, and attractive green areas have been designed. The estate will be fenced, security, protection and monitoring will be provided. All flats will be equipped with Keemple's Smart House.

Currently, ROBYG Group builds over 900 apartments in Ursus:
• My Ursus 4A - 196 apartments, completion of works is planned for September 2022. Currently, finishing works are carried out in the common areas - painting, furniture and lighting installation.
• My Ursus 6A - 166 apartments, completion of works is planned by the end of 2022. Currently, installations, plasters, cement floors and external works: facades, terraces and roofs are being implemented.
• My Ursus 4B - 246 apartments, completion of works is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2023. Currently, internal installations as well as external facade works and insulation are carried out.
• My Ursus 6B - 297 apartments, completion of works is planned for the 3/4 quarter of 2023. Level 0 construction is currently underway.
The scale of development activities of the ROBYG group in post-industrial Ursus has radically changed the perception of the district, which has become a fully-fledged residential structure with implemented accompanying elements - such as squares, squares, parks, accompanying services and other urban structures linking this urban tissue into a modern, attractive district.
