Robyg plans to sell at the level of 2,300 apartments in 2024, the company said. The Group’s land bank covers the potential of building about 20,000 units throughout Poland.

"In 2024, we plan to introduce several thousand new premises to the offer on all the markets in which we operate - i.e. in Warsaw, Tri-City, Wrocław, Poznań and Lodz. We are also working intensively on the development of our land bank - which is one of the largest in Poland - covers the potential of building about 20,000 apartments. Our financial stability and strong cash position are very important - the advantages that Robyg has been systematically presenting for many years. Thanks to this, we are a reliable financial and capital partner,” said Robyg and Vantage CEO Eyal Keltsh.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Robyg and Vantage, Oscar Kazanelson, stressed that 2023 was a very good year for Robyg and for the entire TAG Group in Poland.

“We assume that the year 2024 will also be very satisfying. We see a huge space and still a high demand for housing. The biggest barrier is still too slow a permit procedure - I believe that this is the most urgent problem to be solved at the level of both government and local government administration. This is a key issue that blocks supply and increases housing prices," he also pointed out.
