The ROBYG Group has received a building permit for a new investment in Warsaw, Sady Ursynów, near the Służewiec Horse Racing Track. There will be intimate, four-storey buildings and well-designed apartments with gardens, terraces and balconies. The estate will be surrounded by park spaces with a rich recreational and sports infrastructure, additionally it will be protected and monitored. In total, over 600 apartments will be built on the estate in 6 stages, as well as functional commercial and service facilities. The sale of the first apartments is very popular. Currently, the offer includes over 90 apartments covered by interesting promotional packages.

The areas around the buildings have been designed to a high standard, with a high saturation of greenery and rich in planted fruit and ornamental trees (hence the name of the estate "Sady Ursynów"), roads, pavements, elements of small architecture and a safe playground for children will be built. The varied elevation in subdued colors of white and gray will be perfectly complemented by dark anthracite window frames and glass balustrades of balconies finished with graphite elements. Fiber optic and television installations will be provided to all premises and all will be equipped, at no extra charge, with the Smart House by Keemple system.

“We want our first investment in Ursynów to be our showpiece - just like the ROBYG estate in other districts in Warsaw. That is why we offer not only a great location and lots of greenery, but most of all unique amenities for residents. It is very important that the administrative procedures and the building permit were obtained so quickly. We will start construction works in March and we are sure that they will be carried out according to the schedule - just like our other investments. The Sady Ursynów estate is a well-designed estate with over 600 apartments in 6 stages - in an intimate atmosphere and low-rise buildings. We plan to efficiently introduce the next stages to sale - currently there are over 90 units available,” said Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG Group.
