7R, MFC, DIL Polska Baumanagement to invest in Warsaw

Polish developer 7R entered into a joint venture with asset and investment manager MF Capital (MFC) and DIL Polska Baumanagement, an expert in real estate project management. The companies are planning to to deliver MFC-7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I in 2019. “The airport location fits perfectly within the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept. Thanks to the smooth cooperation with our joint venture partners we are now ready to start construction. Combining 7R’s development and leasing know-how, DIL's project management expertise and MF Capital's asset and investment management experience will contribute to significant interest from the market and customers,” said Bartłomiej Krawiecki, a member of the 7R SA board.
